He shot one bullet in the leg and got 7 years because he thought he had a weapon, an officer will empty a clip into someone they think has a weapon and get no time. Shooting in the leg isn’t lethal normally but the officer 9 to 11 bullets into the chest an head is lethal. The dude passed out for a bullet to the leg is pathetic though, I’ve been hit there and passing out wasn’t a thought
