this must be one of the reasons why alchemy is forbidden in snezhnaya?! look at what they created, they were almost successful in creating a primordial human of belyi tsar using the cryo sovereign. what the hell 😭

(Correct me if I’m wrong); Basically a researcher disguised himself as a “doctor”, helped heal an injured villager through his “treatment”. The healed villager convinced the whole village that it works so they followed along. Slowly one by one they start having tree like traits until it was time for final phase (turning fully into a tree). We go with Natsya to find her parents, the wolfie boss tries to stop us because she purposely led Natsya outside so she can live her life but Natsya doesn’t understand and just wants her mother. In the end, she merges with her mother and everybody else and they turn into the blue algae u see in the floor, walls, etc (basically their bodies; they merge into one losing all emotions)

Between this fact, that you walk over them before finding out what they are. And the fact that you can hear Nastya in her room as Blue Algae by her bed. And she begins questioning her decisions. Feeling like she should be more happy cause she's with her mum, but she can see her room and it doesn't feel like her own little corner anymore. Also the fact you can interact with some algae (on the right hand wall where the egg is) and hear a BABY CRYING [you can hear alot of different people but the baby/infant is one of the saddest (also the child asking if this is what it means to grow up. And the elderly person saying "ive become young... no I've become an old person who cannot die" [paraphrased] are equally upsetting)]. So yeah I'm not stepping foot here again, I've 100%ed it. I'm not coming back.

when we interact with nastya’s algae and she said that she still does not feel happy or something along the line 😭 like at first i kinda made peace with the ending because i thought at least she would be with her mom and thats what she wanted BUT then they show how she regretted it 😭 like well you dont have to tell me that just let me be unaware 😔

got so invested that I made an oc, dont have a name yet but my idea is that she went out to explore Snezhnaya bc of the stories she heard (and she never wanted to join the tree) and she came back to see her home completely destroyed and everyone gone including Nastya 😛
