herztier CAN be kited hes not impossible to go agaisnt. just make sure the walls are too high from him to jump through, and the fact they made him give chip damage give you the opportunity to avoid his attack in time

hertziers chase is strong but he struggles with loops as he ie very slow turning since his dash and jump only go in a straight line so he IS kiteable in an area with walls like little boat for instance hes js strong in areas that suit him similarily to alva since if he can see over walls he can stun you easily or fg when your in an area with small gaps
