Oh my gosh this is the FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN INFORMATION ABOUT THIS. Everyone made me feel so crazy about it. My flares were only the week before my period and my rheumatologist looked at me like I had four heads. I always know I’m going to flare, the week before start.

Yes! I’ve noticed this would happen just before my periods. Flares were the worst around that time / only happen during that time.

I was having one of the worst flares up I’ve had in years for about 4 months they could not figure out what was wrong. Turns out I was premenopausal and that caused my flare. Now I’m an estrogen patch and slowing feeling like myself again
