@helentaylorrr: (pt 2) yes i posted this a few hrs ago i just noticed an editing mistake!!! so here’s the reupload lol x you’ll need: - as many slices of bread as you like, toasted (or leave untoasted if you prefer!) - 1 banana, sliced lengthways - 1 small knob of butter (1/2tbsp) - 1/2tsp cinnamon - 2-3tbsp ricotta (again, more or less if you prefer) - a small handful of pecans, finely chopped - honey to drizzle method: 1. begin by slicing the banana lengthways. melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat and add in the cinnamon. 2. swirl the cinnamon and butter around the pan. 3. place the banana slices face down onto the pan and fry for a few minutes or until golden brown. 4. carefully flip over and fry for another few minutes until both sides are beautifully caramelised. 5. meanwhile, toast the bread or leave untoasted if you prefer. 6. spread the ricotta generously on top of the bread and carefully place the caramelised banana on top (you may need to slice them in half to fit on the slice!). 7. sprinkle with the pecan nuts and finish with a drizzle of honey… enjoy xxx #toast #breakfast #breakfastideas #EasyRecipes #chic
