Lake Nona is expensive but you get what you pay for!! Also dropping that massive Thomas the train track sent me because we have one and why is it so dang big 😂

As a Real Estate Agent, I had so many options when it came to choosing where to buy my own home, and I chose Sunbridge. 🏡 We’re literally about 10 minutes down Narcoossee from Lake Nona, we have many of the same builders in the area, and I truly love living here. One of the biggest things for me was Voyager K-8. I also love how family-oriented the community feels, the amenities we already have, and everything that’s still coming to the area. Now, am I going to lie and tell you Narcoossee traffic is amazing? 😂 Absolutely not. There are certain times of the day when it’s HORRIBLE. But I’ve learned when to leave, when to come back, and sometimes I just make sure I’m home before that traffic hits. 😂 For me, the lifestyle makes up for it. I love my neighborhood, I love the area, and I genuinely love being here. ❤️And coming from a Realtor who sees communities all over Florida every single day… that says a lot. 🏡✨

For those that wanna come to FL , FLis rough in general. Traffic sucks , depending on where you live and you better have a solid job . The job market is rough. Lake Nona area horrible, yes it’s nice but traffic is horrible .

I moved cross country and bought in Horizon West new development. Everything is beautiful here and homes are in the $450K-600k range and doable for a lot of west coast people who are use to seeing starting home prices at $1.5 million homes 😅

That’s how I did my move down here. It’s been 3.5 yrs since I left CT. I went from paying $1675 to $2500 but it’s worth it!
