I went to a pre open event at a new gym in my area. Met the owner…a super nice buff man. He was being conversational about business and I gave him a run down of my advice on opening his business/gym. I did this with full confidence. It was Terrence Ruffin 🙃 I really need to stfu more often.

I had a similar thing happen. Close with a gym owner, he found out I boxed and recommend I text this guy he knows for private lessons. Cool, nbd. Texted him. First lesson was great. Super nice guy. Googled him after... yeah, fought for the WBO Featherweight World Championship last year. Felt so embarrassed.

one time I was at a local CPU meet and one of the CPU meet employees told me I unfortunately wasn’t allowed to be wearing a crop top and I was like oh I didn’t know about that rule and that’s kinda dumb tbh and tbh I wasn’t the nicest bc I was stressed out about my lifter and them not letting me wear the only outfit I came in and anyway it was one of the best Team Canada powerlifters in the game right now
