@de_masters_academy: Did you know that writing doesn’t begin with a pencil or crayon? ✏️ Before little hands are ready to write, they first need to develop the strength, coordination and control needed to hold and manage a writing tool. Activities such as pegging, threading, pouring, puzzles, transferring objects and working with play dough help strengthen the hands, fingers and wrists while developing the pincer grip. What may look like simple play is actually purposeful preparation for writing.
