Exactly what is happening to me at the moment. But I’m playing the uno reverse card on leadership, I’ve started pointing out & documenting all their mistakes to them. Making their incompetence uncomfortably loud 😎

I’ve been at my company for 8 years and my new boss came in, did an “investigation” on me for the 3 years prior to his arrival, tried to get me to admit I hadn’t been doing enough during that time (before he was there), and has now told me that my new weekly minimum of expectations is 3x what I had done the 6 years prior.
