thank you SC because we are hiring young people who can barely read, write or comprehend yet I have to stay professional as if its not that big of a deal and help them through it

I don’t think it changes much. Kids will not be retained because it will impact the graduation rates and the states do not want to see a decrease in graduation rates. Also, SC still was ranked low in education back when the floor was 0, so what will be the difference.

Why not bring back hirable skills Shop, Home Economics, and doing real research in a real Library. We are producing unprepared students both in High School and College.
