@consciouslycait: specifically the girlies who… → want kids someday… but would be absolutely HORRIFIED if “someday” meant 9 months from now → are engaged, newly married or in a long-term relationship and love their partner dearly… but are VERY confident that eventually ≠ right freakin’ now → want off hormonal birth control, but aren’t interested in replacing it with crossing their fingers + hoping for the best every month → want to understand when pregnancy is actually possible instead of spending their entire cycle vaguely afraid that it is. → are curious about fertility awareness but have zero interest in being told birth control is poison or reconnect with their divine feminine before they can understand their body. basicallyyyyy if you want to understand your fertility, have more options for preventing pregnancy + learn what the heck your body is actually telling you…hiiiiiiii, I’m SO glad you’re here!!! you found your corner of the internet for all things fertility awareness, body literacy + learning how to use your cycle as birth control 💖 On this page we tap about all things fertility awareness, menstrual cycle TMI + a necessary amount of conversation about cervical mucus
I don't want kids ever but I would love to know what I'm like off hormonal birth control

I got a non-hormonal IUD. It got me away from hormones while also still giving me birth control

I came off my pill because my sex drive was -1000 and so very pointless being on it. And it didn’t help my skin. Me and my partner just use condoms and it’s work for us so far. I have an app to track my periods and ovulation which after doing more research I can tell when I’m ovulating without the app. I am 31 so if I did get pregnant it’s not like a teen pregnancy but if I did get pregnant I would panic. A lot 😂 also my sex drive has never been better.

I don’t want a child, but I did want off birth control. For context, I was on Nexplanon and didn’t have a period for 13 years (happily). I lasted 4 months off birth control. I felt worse in most ways, and better is zero ways. Having a period made 2/4 weeks of the month miserable mentally and physically. I am back on birth control and back to happily not having periods.

Hey there! I got off hormonal birth control a few months ago and switched to Natural Cycles! It was completely covered by my insurance. I highly recommend looking into it!

I only recently got onto hormonal birth control and I am loving it! never looking back. it has improved so much in my life as I clearly had low hormones prior.

You can only get pregnant about 3 days of the month, track your cycle and use another form of contraception on those days, being more in tune with your body feels so much better 🥰

My husband and I want kids, but not yet, but also I am over being on birth control. But my periods can be unbearable sometimes even while on birth control so it’s almost worth it to not be on it since it doesn’t make a different for the main reason I got it which is my periods

You’ve landed on the right fyp! I don’t want kids at all and I’ve been on the pill for almost 6 years. Planning to come off it soon, but I am scared 😅

Hi girl that’s me. Get off the birth control, it’s the best thing I have ever done. I track my cycles alongside other precautions and it’s taught me so much about my body, I’m 27 and feel like Iv only just got to grips with it all. You won’t regret it x

I use natural cycles I wanted to eventually get pregnant and I thought it was harder when you come off bc. Bc also made me gain weight went up 4 cups sizes in a year and was insanely depressed anxious and had no drive. I love natural cycles my only complaint is I think I ovulate sooner in my cycle than what’s normal and she struggles to figure that out lol

I went off birth control a year before I got married. I tracked my cycle, decided 7 months after I got married that I wanted a baby. fell pregnant 2 months later. had a baby, she is now 19 months old. only used condoms. it's great!
