⚠️ **PUBLIC STATEMENT — بيان هام** ⚠️ **PLEASE WATCH & SHARE — الرجاء المشاهدة والمشاركة** 🇬🇧 **ENGLISH** This video is dedicated to **my case in Libya and my continuing pursuit of truth, accountability and justice.** I expressly reserve **all of my legal rights** concerning this video, its contents, the evidence shown and the matters I have formally reported. For a considerable period, I have been reporting, providing evidence, communicating with authorities and waiting for action. This video documents that journey and raises my concerns about the delays and what I believe has been a failure to adequately progress matters I have reported. I have contacted relevant Libyan authorities, including **مكتب النائب العام، جهاز الأمن الداخلي، وجهاز الردع**, amongst others. I have retained evidence of my communications, including acknowledgements and responses. The video shows documentation demonstrating that my reports and communications were received. I previously informed relevant bodies that, after pursuing official channels and waiting for meaningful progress, I would speak publicly about my experience. **This video therefore does not come without prior notice.** The video includes information and photographs concerning individuals whom **I allege are connected to the abuse and events I have formally reported**. These are allegations unless and until determined by the competent judicial authorities. I am asking for the evidence to be properly investigated, the truth established and anyone found responsible to be dealt with according to law. I am the daughter of a **Libyan father and British mother**, and I am seeking justice concerning serious abuse I allege occurred in Libya. I call upon the appropriate Libyan and British authorities, diplomatic representatives, human-rights organisations and safeguarding bodies to take notice and provide whatever lawful assistance falls within their powers. I have contacted relevant organisations and authorities and have evidence of responses. I am asking for **action, transparency and justice.** I ask everyone watching: **PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO.** Let it reach the relevant Libyan authorities, **Attorney General Office, Internal Security Agency and جهاز الردع**, as well as the **Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, UK diplomatic representatives, human-rights organisations and organisations protecting women and children.** I will continue pursuing every **lawful avenue** available to me and reserve all of my legal rights. **I have waited. I have reported. I have provided evidence. I have communicated. Now I am asking for justice.** 🇱🇾 **العربية** هذا الفيديو مخصص **لقضيتي في ليبيا ولمواصلتي السعي من أجل الحقيقة والمساءلة والعدالة.** وأؤكد أنني **أحتفظ بكامل حقوقي القانونية** فيما يتعلق بهذا الفيديو ومحتواه والأدلة والوقائع التي قمت بالإبلاغ عنها رسمياً. منذ فترة طويلة وأنا أبلغ وأقدم الأدلة وأتواصل مع الجهات المختصة وأنتظر اتخاذ الإجراءات. وهذا الفيديو يوثق هذه الرحلة ومخاوفي بشأن التأخير وما أعتبره تقصيراً في متابعة ما أبلغت عنه. لقد تواصلت مع جهات ليبية مختصة، من بينها **مكتب النائب العام، جهاز الأمن الداخلي، وجهاز الردع** وغيرها، ولدي ما يوثق المراسلات والردود واستلام اتصالاتي وبلاغاتي. وهذه الأدلة معروضة ضمن ما أوثقه. كما سبق أن أوضحت للجهات التي تواصلت معها أنني، بعد اتباع الطرق الرسمية والانتظار دون الوصول إلى تقدم كافٍ، **سأتحدث علناً عن تجربتي وقضيتي**. ولذلك فإن نشر هذا الفيديو لم يأتِ دون إشعار مسبق. ويتضمن الفيديو معلومات وصوراً لأشخاص **أقول إن لهم صلة بالاعتداءات والوقائع التي أبلغت عنها رسمياً**. وتظل هذه ادعاءات إلى أن تفصل فيها الجهات القضائية المختصة وفق القانون. مطالبي واضحة: **التحقيق في الأدلة، إظهار الحقيقة، ومحاسبة كل من تثبت مسؤوليته وفقاً للقانون.** أنا ابنة **أب ليبي وأم بريطانية**، وأسعى لتحقيق العدالة بشأن اعتداءات خطيرة أقول إنها وقعت في ليبيا. وأطالب الجهات الليبية والبريطانية المختصة والممثلين الدبلوماسيين والمنظمات الحقوقية وجهات حماية النساء والأطفال بالاهتمام بقضيتي وتقديم ما يقع ضمن اختصاصهم من مساعدة قانونية وقنصلية ودبلوماسية. أطلب من الجميع مشاركة هذا الفيديو - @aishah.shadi
