Uh but 60m/h and 120m fiestas, on avg Cole is elected 20 times per irl year, 5 fiestas * 2 hrs 20 * 20 elections a year = 233 hrs, which at 120m coins is 28 billion coins. almost enough coins to max everything in the entire game, With less than 4.5 hours of playtime a week on average.
