Hey, so I bought my very first pair of crocs, love them sm as far as comfort. I got the nonslip bistro ones, first day wearing them for less than 5 hours and the tongue came off at the base. I’ve been in restaurants for about 17-18 years and NEVER had a shoe do this. Even the cheap ones. The bot on your chat feature told me there’s nothing that can be done for a replacement. For $55 that’s insane! Helppp a girl out! I’ll return these, but I can’t until I have another pair for work. If I buy another pair elsewhere y’all will loose a sale as I’ll just return these without the exchange. I’m not going to return two pair of shoes to get a replacement. Please replace them!
