obstruction is not the probable cause once you have a crime or probable cause you can obstruct that same with resisting you cannot have a primary charge of resisting when there is no other charges. , they do it all the time though , they dicks and thugs I know police that quite because it's so corrupt. , I used to say it was half the police officers are bad and other half good , nope all bad , good are chased out or can't survive now. all cops are dirty thugs period
