@kathryn.tatess: When faced with many options, a lot of people ask: “What is the absolute best one?” This can lead to endless research, comparison, and second-guessing. A better question is: “What is the best option for me right now - based on who I am, what I like, and what I want?” Research on maximizers and satisfiers suggests this shift can lead to greater happiness and less anxiety and regret. But it requires knowing yourself. In the Wednesday video I’ll be sharing the 3 intentional changes I made that helped me get to know myself better.
I am 30 and have been a maximiser all my life and I just started realising that the only way for me to be happy is to shift to be a satisficer, I don’t know how to do the shift though
