The fact that journalists don’t stick up for each other in the era of trump has been such a disappointment to me. However, didn’t someone repeat April Ryan’s question after trump dismissed her? I remember it happened once. It stood out, sadly, because journalism is otherwise a rather dog eat dog industry. I still expect common decency, but it has been mostly absent.
