Opinion: He had her phone with him at CVS not the Apple Watch! The phone recorded a false stair climb when he went into CVS and came out of CVS!!!!!!!Patrick walked into CVS at 5:32:32 a min after he walked into CVS the flight of stairs was recorded by her phone at 5:33:34. 5:33 Patrick called Lindsey, Missed Call. 5:34 Lindsey's phone calls Patrick back from Missed Call on Lock Screen, never opening phone. Patrick exits CVS at 5:37:08. Lindsey's Phone records another flight of stairs at 5:38. Testimony today said that it came from her phone recording and not her Apple Watch. This was because there it was a cold day and there was a sudden rush of warm air when he walked into CVS and a rush of cold air when he walked out. We know the last recorded activity/heart-rate data from her watch was at approximately 5:23:52 p.m. right before the 5:24 email.

So while lindsay was doing all those things she thought to herself let me take off my watch and put it in the drawer before I harm and jump.But the phone was sitting on the bed.Why wouldn’t she toss the watch next to the phone.He knows he said it came from the watch and got caught up and had to change his answer.The BPM doesn’t align with LC wearing it.They searched the house and got a second iPhone not LC or PC but didn’t find her watch or the empty med bottles.Those were put back after the search.If they used her watch data for the timeline and crime that she did it why did they not ask where is the watch.A watch she never took off and wasn’t in the home or on her person why did they not want/look for the watch… How did the watch stop with no data reported yet the next morning while she was intubated and in a coma the watch recorded steps HOW? When they seize a phone or device they will put it in airplane mode,shut off,and put into a faraday bag..It’s protocol.. it’s almost like John okeefes phone recorded data when he was deceased.Same expert witness too..🤯🤯

Go to 5:10 to hear abt the watch being found days later and that the police didn’t get when they were looking and the fact he doesn’t get the info from the watch for the watch. He gets it from the phone.
