Exactly, we are not a feeling or what we do. We are the lived experience of a female body in adulthood. We do not have to conform to stereotypes or roles. We do not have to have long hair and make up or wear dresses. It us not reductive to define us as our physical being, it is though to define us as a feeling anyone can experience. It hurts women to try to remove the definition away from our body especially when there is still so much more we need to do to help free all women around the world or tackle medical misogyny.
