what are the longterm affects of continuous birth control use? i take an active pill every day and i know im supposed to stop for 4 periods a year but it really ends up being 1-2

ok because I changed pill prescriptions to one that is said to have known side affects with existing mental health issues… and it caused me extreme changes i had NEVER experienced on the pill i was on for 7 years prior
