A big problem too with that division of care can be confusing to dentists and doctors. Is an infection in the jawbone medical or dental? I'm sure the dental insurance people will say that it's a medical insurance claim, and vice versa. 🙄

Anything the US can charge separately and more they will do it. Anyone aware that even many malls now charging to park in once free parking lot? next? they will charge for bathrooms.
