I stayed in Osaka for $44 total for two nights 😂. The room was fine for the two of us for the 9 hours we spent there each night lol. My most expensive hotel in Japan was in Tokyo which was $320 for 5 nights. Our room looks like it was the same size as yours.

I stayed there back in June for 10 day the rooms is okay but the location was nice convenient and walkable

What size bed did you book? We're in the hotel booking phase and getting confused on rooms that say double + double bed or queen or large bed on different sites and we're not sure if we should trust the photos since it seems much bigger 😅

I will try it next time. I just came back. My hotels were 1. Shibuya excel hotel tokyu (literally at shibuya crossing) 2. The royal park kyoto sanjo (my fav and 1 min walk from the market/that bridge ppl chill at night) 3. Hotel respire osaka ( stingy af but clean and unbelievable location) 4. Hotel metropolitan edmont (farther and quieter in tokyo/chiyoda city but more luxurious)
