They said they could send housekeeping up whenever, even after 5… if we’re making the weird choice to wait until tomorrow at noon to talk about a room change why did we at least not have housekeeping come to at least change the sheets and bring new pillows?

I’ve never been more confused by a storyline. Why would you not switch rooms immediately? Even if you have a call it takes 10 minutes to switch rooms. Or you know at least demand a new room and say you will move as soon as you have a break in meetings. I’ve never heard a hotel say we will discuss your options. Uhm no there is one option, move our room now

Guest servies saying “come doen to the desk tomorrow” is customer service speak for “this clearly isn’t as big a priority for you as it is for us. You don’t want a clean room? Then I’m not going to bother.” And for the first time since I began following you I am on the side of them. Every time you break the 4th wall in the past few videos show you really want us to side with the guest. And at first I was. But the guest isn’t making sense. From the skits it sounds like the room is so dirty it’s a direct threat to the guest’s health. But the guest is acting as if it’s no big deal by sending them away because “I have work calls.”
