first day back always feels like 40 😭 The three tricks here in case your attention is too zapped for a vid (no judgment): 1.) schedule the work backtrack from your end goal so you can see how the work will fall each day Lots easier to just follow the plan day by day than to look at it all at once 2.) build rewards rule is: unique, novel, and personally interesting are better eventually you’d want to have no rewards bc the routine is so powerful - but sometimes you need them to get going 3.) build momentum start with easier days, but cap the number of “build-up” days you have so you don’t procrastinate the hard work forever have a good day, and I’ll be back tomorrow as always 💯
