I used to play this game all the time for hours on end. now I get on with my friends and play for a few hours before we go to sleep and I much prefer this rather than trying to constantly surround myself with people and caring too much about others who wouldn't even look back at me

vrchat is a game where to get the full fun experience, you would have to be single, enjoy the fun of freedom of spech about any topic, be immune to other trolls and toxicity and not be afraid of blocking people while picking out those who fit ur vibe, xD uhhh not the easiest but basically if its not trolling kids or arguments that are useless or toxic online speed dating then u can find some actual cool events and worlds that are fun to explore :) as thats sort of what vrchat should generally be for.

vrchat is a social platform with some user-made games you can play. its literally called vr*CHAT*. while I do agree that people get to deep into it and treat it like real life, it was literally made to meet people. I think of it like a VR version of social clients like IMVU and Second Life.

I disagree. I’ll never call VRC a game, only a “social platform”. Just because it *has* game worlds you can play in doesn’t make it a video game in a normal sense of the word. It was created with the intention of giving users a more immersive way of socializing in a virtual space. You’re not wrong tho that people shouldnt take it so seriously.

I met my bf on VRC and we've been together for a year and 8 months and 23 days, almost two years. we both actually stopped playing VRC 24/7 and started playing other games, we still get on VRChat just not every single day. I love my bf, he made my life so much better than it was before I got with him.

Ive more or less retired as a consistent player on vrc, almost everytime I get on now, I play murder 4 and/or drink with friends, that’s it, Maybe world hop to some beautiful places I have saved. Just cause you’ve seen the gross shit don’t mean you have to live in it.
