Asalamu Alaikum 💕 My fresh embryo transfer may have failed, but I am not giving up. Alhamdulillah, I have another chance with my remaining frozen embryos and I am holding onto hope. After reviewing my history of persistent thick endometrial lining and implantation difficulties, my doctor has agreed to change my protocol. This time I will be using Lucrin, an injection that suppresses oestrogen production to help calm the uterus and reduce inflammation before transfer. Dr Murat from Antalya IVF has also decided to start me on a lower dose of Estrofem, as I naturally tend to develop a very thick lining which may have been affecting implantation. I don’t know if this suppression protocol will be the answer. There are no guarantees in IVF, and that’s one of the hardest parts of this journey. But I do know that I am doing everything I can, and I trust my medical team. Most importantly, I trust Allah. InshaAllah, whatever is written for me will find me at exactly the right time. I pray this new beginning brings me one step closer to my miracle. Please keep me in your duas as I begin this next chapter. I pray Allah grants every one of us sabr, strength, healing, and the beautiful blessing of righteous children.
