I’m so conflicted with Stratt. The woman handed the real world trolly problem. I know in the book it was a rumor they were sleeping together but can you imagine the extra layer, the additional betrayal that would be tied in to her standing her ground on the “whatever it takes to save humanity” route she had to go on?

maybe an unpopular opinion but when people say if she was a man nobody would hate her I personally disagree. I would still dislike her decisions even if she was a man. I don't hate her, and I can see why she did the things she did, but I just don't like her. for me it isn't about her gender it's about the things she did to save humanity. taking away someone's autonomy and deciding to take away their memories too is absolutely horrible no matter how you look at it.

“Redemption arc” Grace realizing he didn’t sign up and lowkey agreeing that he’s a coward and wanting to be brave so he goes out and does what needs to be done vs Stratt doing genuinely corrupt and questionable things that have ruined lives but seeing Grace’s video realizing all the horrible things she had to do truly paid off and she is the leader that saved Earth.
