I would think it would have an aftertaste, but everybody seems to love it in the comments. This would be great. I’m 62 years old and I never heard of it. I guess it’s true. You’re never too old to learn something new. I have to try this.😌

I freeze my heavy cream in small containers. When I need it I take it out let it thaw and it still whips.

I have powder milk, sour cream, buttermilk, malted milk, heavy cream.. they're great in baking and cooking. I do still buy heavy cream occasionally though

1lb is $21. So you're just paying for shelf stability. Just go buy trader joes shelf stable cream and save yourself a fortune, plus is doesn't taste sour like this stuff.

I hate having to buy heavy cream for specific recipes like my Alfredo or bread pudding and then only using half the container. this looks feasible.
