@mathmanx: I cannot imagine sending my children into a building where these could be used on them if an officer brings his personal 💩 to work and gets up in his feels about something. #mamaowl

Smurfette078🇨🇦 :

who wants to bet that they'll be used on students with IEPs and students of colour first & foremost?

Gstella 🇺🇸🆘 :

Do we even know what would happen if that child is wearing a continuous glucose monitor or insulin pump etc?!?!

Milo :

so glad I graduated from high school last year cause that's way to dangerous and messed up.

tinynunya :

same thing is happening in Omaha Nebraska

N/A :

Tell ya right now. If a cop used one of those on my kid, I will sue until the PD responsible is running around on bicycles with notepads and pens again. The only caveat that I can think of is against an assailant on the school, but cops have shown that they are too cowardly to even enter the building when that happens.

Sgrbear1981 :

I am glad my kids are grown but I am concerned for my grandson. this is terrifying. so many things in our country are absolutely terrifying right now and its only getting worse exponentially!

ᴍɪɢᴇᴏ 🐼🕷️🕸️ 🔪 ꜱᴀᴠᴀɢᴇ :

We need the 1st 10 seconds of this video as a TikTok sound. That was literally perfection.

HealingVibesOnly🇵🇸 :

They’re going to kill a student, and then it might be considered an issue. Might being the operative word.

Hurricane Caci_x :

And if civilians get their hands on them, they’ll be arrested for having them, whatcha wanna bet?

Danielle Haadsma Dil :

We need to get together as communities. Boycott together. We can get more done together. Providing help in different ways.

Me In A Kayak she/her :

What? What the hell? Who is ok with this happening?

Bully's&Llacs :

I live in this city and I think this is crazy! Im so glad my daughter is done with school.

Rarely Posts, Always Drawing :

This is gonna make it easier for racist, homophobic, and ableist officers to unfairly punish students that are by definition unable to be what they expect a human child to be

elisecarlson577 :

It is so appalling that schools think this ok!

Thank you for letting us know.🙏

Angela Stobnicke :

absolutely vile

famecoy :

As @north_omaha_cat_lady pointed out, it is illegal to use force on a student for punishment.
