Make my meat balls and cook them.
List the number of servings at the number of meatballs I made. Then track them when I eat them

Haha I’m hardcore type A. You are so smart. I’m just learning to let go of perfectionism in tracking. 😂 Normally I would weigh everything, then weigh the whole cooked version and do the math.

Especially if you're tracking for 2000 calories or more. If you're in the deep end of the weight loss phase, it's better to create the recipe/meal
