@samidunlap4: Stolen bag update: there’s no update! I begged @United Airlines to email the people on the plane and they actively refused. This nightmare continues. I spent no less than 30 minutes on the phone with someone going “oh well I have a hard cover blue bag, I know you said yours was a soft cover but could this be it?” And me having to say no…I know what’s in my bag. Overall, this has really told me to not fly with United anymore :( #unitedairlines #missingbag
