At this point, claiming Lindsay Clancy is innocent or that her husband killed the children requires ignoring her own legal positions. In the civil case, she acknowledged that she committed the acts that killed her children while alleging that her medical providers bear responsibility for the circumstances surrounding those acts. In the criminal case, her attorney went even further, offering to formally stipulate in writing to her involvement in the underlying conduct resulting in the deaths of all three children and arguing that her mental state was the remaining issue. You can argue about why she did it or whether she should be held criminally responsible. But inventing a story where her husband actually killed them requires ignoring what Lindsay Clancy and her own attorneys have acknowledged. She did it. Her own legal positions acknowledge that. Stop rewriting the facts because you don't like where they lead.
