@jujusitgirlera: 70 lbs down 🤍 Now I’m focusing less on the number on the scale and more on building muscle, getting stronger, and feeling comfortable in my own skin. Putting on my old clothes is such a reminder of how far I’ve come, escpecially on the days when I feel like I haven’t made any progress.
