Police officers don’t either know or understand the laws they try to enforce. Qualified Immunity shouldn’t be given if any violation of rights or law by the officers violating these should have to stand a larger percentage of fines or settlements instead of the cities, departments or the taxpayers citizens being held responsible for the crimes, actions, or violations committed by officers
