I always shower at night but I’ve never dealt with waking up smelling bad, so I don’t feel like this is necessary. Obviously I do all the things like reapply deodorant tho bc it would be nasty if not 😭

How to shower with out any scrubs/brushes: 1: if you have hair done wear shower cap so you can get wet without hair getting wet. 2: get whole body wet, 3: get wash cloth, loofa, African net sponge, shower gloves wet, 4: rub soap or put shower gel on the cloth/loofa:sponge/gloves, 5: wash arms,hands, fingers, legs, in between thighs, feet, under feet and in between toes,back, inside belly button, behind and in ears, neck, bums and in between bums,male area/female area( wash all of these using the desired cloth/tool but please use something else for your face bc you can’t use the same cloth to wash your 🐱 on your face), 6: rinse all over body, 7: using a towel dry your whole body(including:behind and in ears,in between toes, belly button and armpits) dry in the shower so when you get out you don’t get the floor wet, 8: if you have face care do it but remember sunscreen and to lotion face, to stay even more fresh use witch hazel under armpits, in between bum, in between thighs, armpts, 9: lotion your body from head to toes, 10: optional to do it first or lash but use deodorant, 11: in a sink use warm/hot water and wash your cloth then dry/squees all water out then hang it to prevent mold and to keep it fresh ( extras tips- take earrings out before showering and wash the holes, after showering use a sting or q tip with cleanser to extra clean the piercing to stop it from smelling, regularly soak and scrub your earrings or belly piercings in spirit or jewellery cleaner to remove bild up of sweat and lotion, always brush teeth before washing face, always wash and condition hair first before washing body, wash your 🐱 out side and inside but on your sides and not the middle bc it will burn and the same applies to your bum)
