Biggest thing you said is years of neglect!! Who wants to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on a used rv or camper that’s 10 15 or more years old and then sink thousands more into it. I’d assume do my home work do my research. Have inspections done pre purchases on a new rv. An it’s probably gonna take multiple dealerships and units before you find a unit that doesn’t have a tone of issues. Once you find that unit then get into the numbers with the sales team. Buy it and as soon as you can have someone put a lifetime liquid liner on the roof. Inspect your ac gaskets.

I just bought a 1998 motor home, got it inspected, no major issues, and the inspector said this was one of the best builds he had unsoeyin a while and she's near 30 years old.

My 2009 Dynamax is incredible and the only thing that’s failed is the 12v water pump. Not exactly the coach builder’s fault. So it actually depends on the brand. Your video lumps every RV into a bucket.

2010, bighorn 3610re has been awesome. Changed hot water tank and AC last year and other typical maintenance like lap sealant haven’t touched it.
