Most importantly, give your life to Christ. You see that part, if you under estimate it, hmmmm. The time that i had pneumonia/asthma from no where oh, went to uncountable hospitals with no solution. Cried to Jesus and He healed me permanently. Imagine how miserable my life would have been, if He didn't come through for me.
