I have ocd and dermatilomania thank you for spreading awareness my skin looks like yours all over my body scalp and face I have never seen someone who has it like I do. You make me feel like I am not so “abnormal”

Im so proud of you for going to that other doctor. I’m sure this is such a mentally taxing and stressful disorder to have. What you said about you being convinced there’s something in your skin made me think so much about that guy Joe on here who thinks there’s dirt in his skin that he has to pick out. He’s scratched the same spots raw for years convinced there’s “dirt” packed in there. That must be such an uncomfortable feeling and you deserve to be free of it
