I’ve had traditional braces and Invisalign. Everyone is different but I truly think traditional braces are the way to go 🥲 I know they’re chunky and being an adult with braces might suck but Invisalign messed me up and hurt way worse than traditional.

I'm not in the twin cities nor do I have invisalign. I do have metal braces, but I specifically sought out an orthodontist who focuses on a person's airway. She did offer me invisalign but I chose metal braces for compliance and I also felt it would give me better results. I wish you luck!
