@ssinvasives: Last week, we invited volunteers in Whistler to help remove burdock from the valley trail along Lorimer Road. Thank you to all our volunteers who helped make this event a success! Common burdock is an invasive species that outshades and outcompetes native plants, reducing biodiversity and harming our environment. Thanks to our small but mighty team of 5 volunteers, we removed over 40kgs of invasive burdock. Congratulations to the Edmonson family, who won a gift certificate for 2 players at Escape! Whistler.
