As a medical coder it drives me NUTS what you guys have to do to try to get things approved. And then the claim gets denied for something like the sequence of the diagnosis? It’s CRAZY! Like, the patient has A, B and C and the only way insurance will cover it is to make sure it’s coded C, B and then A!? Make it make sense! The problem is there but if it’s not in the right order, nope! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Anyone questioning free healthcare, this is what you might face even after you paid premium on your monthly insurance payments, if it wasn’t for Dr. Elisabeth advocating and sticking up for her severely ill patients, insurance companies would throw that living soul under the bus.
