@elevatemd: If you’ve ever noticed that your #perimenopause symptoms start to flare up right before a storm, you’re not crazy… but let’s breakdown what might be going on here! ⛈️🤔 Barometric pressure changes can have a very real impact on your body (especially during perimenopause) when your nervous system, vestibular system, and histamine response are already more sensitive. 😵💫 When pressure drops before a storm, you may experience… ⛈️ Headaches or migraines ⛈️ Dizziness or vertigo ⛈️ Brain fog or feeling “out of it” ⛈️ Sinus congestion & pressure ⛈️ Ear fullness or popping ⛈️ Fatigue or sudden energy crashes ⛈️ Anxiety or that “on edge” feeling ⛈️ Joint pain or body aches ⛈️ Insomnia or restlessness And when you layer that on top of fluctuating hormones… it can feel like your body is totally shutting down. 🫠 I’m curious if you’ve ever noticed this pattern between your symptoms and weather changes? Connecting these dots was very eye opening for me and helped me better understand how to manage these flares. But I’d love to hear any hacks you have found to be helpful for chaotic weather changes. 😌💭 🩺📲 If you’re in the US, & you’re interested in exploring hormone optimization, feel free to go to the 🔗 in my bio to book a free 30 minute call with my team to learn how to get started. 🤗 #hormonehealth #womenover30 #womenover40 #hormonalimbalance
I have always been sensitive to barometric pressure, but it does seem worse in perimenopause

Absolutely make more videos. I’ve been checking the barometric pressure for years and the moon thinking there was a connection that just verifies it.

Or, for those of us who have already always been highly sensitive to barometric pressures…we have now been welcomed to a new circle of hell. 😭

This is super validating. The histamine increase is killing me. My ears and a spot on the top of my head. I have started spraying flunase on my head.
