The amount of times I’ve not been able to stop tears from streaming, being pale as anything but say I’m okay. In my brain I think “well it has been worse than this & I haven’t died yet” it’s also just so normal to me that I’d be boring to keep going on about it 😅

I did learn however, when rhe drs office asks how you're doing, telling them your anything positive can hinder what goes in your notes and how they perceive the reason you're being seen. My go to is "well... I woke up on the right side of the dirt today" 😆
