I don’t often hear other providers talk about treating their pts equally regardless of transgressions. I work in a SNF and sometimes think about the absolute fact that some of my pts are abusers or grapists or pdfiles. I still treat them the same way. I’m a healer, not a judge.

I have been an RN for 40 years. Healthcare has changed in so many ways. Some unbelievable, wonderful changes and some really awful changes. These last 6 years have been exhausting from Covid to budget cuts. I’m in Canada and I can only imagine it’s so much harder south of the border. ❤️
