My sons Dexcom said he was 213 we didn’t finger stick his machine said he was 522. He said there is no way I don’t feel bad so we used a different meter it said he was 187 checked with another meter said he was 267 😩

I hate that type 2, type 1, and gestational are ALL called diabetes. I have gestational diabetes and they’re all such different processes. I’m sorry you’re having such a rough morning 🙁

My husband set up my blood sugar to display on my car’s display. I can also swipe up and see our son’s sugar too. Love that man and how much he looks out for us and our T1D. 💗

Can I get insight from somebody, anybody. What should I do, my pcp tells me I am type 2 insulin resistance, won’t test me any further for anything same thing for the diabetes educator but I will spike like this for no reason, I ate 1 mini donut 1 hour prior to this blood sugar reading.

Not eating, makes your blood sugar high, Doesn't it? I had gestational diabetes and if I skipped a HEALTHY meal my sugar would sky rocket and it took forever to come back down. I got to the point where I was eating so much meat just to keep my sugar stable.
