Lindsay, do you have any suggestions on work outs for beginners. I use to look like you but I've had a lot of health problems, been on a lot of medications that have made me gain a lot of weight. I also have 3 herniated disks in my back that prevent me from doing a lot. I had to have my gallbladder removed in 2010 and during the surgery they found that an ulcer had eaten through my gallbladder and ruptured, since that surgery I vomit every single time I eat. I've seen Gi specialist and they say that basically my stomach is dead and that's why I vomit the food that I eat and that it's the medications causing my weight gain. If you could please give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
