@ctvnewsvi: August 17, 2026: A wildlife rescue on southern Vancouver Island is looking for help to feed thirty-two young raccoons in their care. The Wild ARC Rehabilitation Centre in Metchosin is caring for 32 young raccoons, many arrived as orphans after losing their parents. Wild ARC is providing the vulnerable kits with around the clock care, specialized nutrition, and crucial socialization as they prepare them to return to the wild.
