If you want it to be ceiling height just get another rod, put it all the way up there and hang a normal curtain from it. You can leave that rod you already have in there for the shower liner. Might look a little weird from inside the shower but who cares and it’s way cheaper lol

I found 9 ft curtains and a 9 ft shower curtain on Amazon that were super reasonable! I didnt use a shower curtain I just used normal curtains
