i'm afraid of the side effects but i ha e tried Everything and i keep breaking out so bad. it is so so painful i cannot take it anymore. i refused accutane the first time i was offered it but now i don't have any other choice and i'm getting pretty nervous😢

Not to down play anything you’ve said, but for those looking for advice on whether to take accutane or not, I personally experienced none of those things. The worst part was how dry everything was during, but after I stopped I had zero side effects and I maybe get a pimple or two every few months! That’s all to say it’s definitely different for everyone who takes it; it’s not always bad

i’ve been on Accutane for almost 7 months. I did also experience hair loss. I have naturally curly hair and it’s already pretty thick. so it hasn’t really phased me much, but it does scare me. I did however, develop vitiligo which I didn’t even know it was possible until I found out with research on my own which is kind of insane

I'm on it now, I was so scared and researched how to minimize side effects while on Accutane. I take mine with Vitamin E daily, and it helps, with dryness and joint pain

It made my depression sooooo bad. That alone made me regret taking it. I rarely got nosebleeds before it and now I regularly get them. Also joint pain on it and shortly getting off was insane!

I just got off accutane in June and my joint pain in my SI joint is still so bad and every single doctor that I’ve gone to about it doesn’t believe me about accutane causing joint pain. 😭

2 years after taking accutane and my nails are like?? wrinkly?? + I have acne still + can't use deodorants and I have super uncomfortably dry skin all over my body (besides my face) no matter how hard I try to moisturize
