@theejohnnychang: People look at me now and have no idea where I came from. I joined a gang at 12. By the time I was done, I'd spent 13 years of my life locked up. I walked out at 25 with nothing to my name and no idea how to start over, so I did the only thing I knew how to do. I went right back to selling drugs. $40,000 a month, and I had never felt more empty in my life. That's the part nobody tells you. You can have the money and the respect and still lie awake at night feeling like your soul is starving. Then God got ahold of me. I still can't fully explain it. He reached right into the mess I made and pulled me out. Now I get to preach His name all over the world, watching Him save the kind of people everybody else already wrote off. People like me.
